Rise Higher was created from lived experience, purpose, and a deep desire to fill gaps that too many families—especially our children—continue to face.
My journey began first as a parent and advocate. Walking alongside my child, I saw firsthand how easily children can fall through the cracks when the right resources, understanding, and support systems are not in place. Navigating education, development, and access to services required me to become informed, vocal, and persistent. Advocacy was not a choice—it was a necessity.
That experience ignited a vision bigger than my own household.
Rise Higher exists to ensure that children and families have access to resources, guidance, and support, not just academically, but holistically. I believe every child deserves to be seen, supported, and empowered—no matter their starting point.
Professionally, I bring a strong foundation in business education, where I gained skills in organization, leadership, strategic planning, and sustainability. I also spent years working within the aviation industry, where I developed discipline, systems thinking, teamwork, and accountability. These experiences taught me how to operate in high-standards environments, manage complex processes, and lead with integrity—skills I now apply to community-centered work.
Rise Higher is the intersection of:
• Personal advocacy
• Professional experience
• Community need
• Vision for generational impact
This is more than a program or initiative—it’s a response to real needs, built with intention, experience, and heart. My goal is to help families feel supported, children feel capable, and communities feel stronger.
This is the why.
This is the vision.
This is Rise Higher.
